As part of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programme, Devlin Electronics is proud to announce that we have achieved Carbon Neutral certification. This milestone demonstrates our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and our responsibility to reduce our environmental impact.

What Does Carbon Neutral Mean?

Being Carbon Neutral means that the total greenhouse gases (GHGs) emitted by our operations, such as carbon dioxide (CO₂) from energy use, transportation, and other business activities, are balanced by an equivalent amount of carbon removed from the atmosphere. This balance is achieved by reducing our emissions and investing in carbon offsetting projects, which compensate for the emissions we cannot currently eliminate.

Achieving Carbon Neutrality is an important milestone in our climate journey and a pivotal step toward addressing climate change. It demonstrates our dedication to taking immediate action to limit our environmental impact while working toward a more sustainable future.

Our goal is to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2050, which means eliminating as many emissions as possible and using offsets only as a last resort.

• Elazig Solar Farm in Turkey: Generating renewable solar energy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support Turkey’s transition to a greener economy.
• Salkhit Wind Farm in Mongolia: The first wind farm in Mongolia, paving the way for clean energy adoption and contributing to the fight against climate change.
